I enjoy listening to Dizzy Bear, as his comprehension of historical events and ease of putting things into perspective is truly refreshing and enlightening! One thing that he has made abundantly clear in all that he's said is that he is unsure about whether we will be exchanging into the current fiat system - or we will be asset-backed by then.
Over the years, I've hear a number of 'intel providers' make the claim that the 'funds from the RV will infuse and restore the health of the banks' - clearly they don't have a grasp on the real global economic situation and don't really bother digging for much truth or reality as it relates to this unprecedented event in which we are all involved. Surface dwellers apparently devoid of any critical thinking skills as they would allow their children to enlist into bankers wars, and continue ingesting toxic drugs long after they've been exposed to the real truth from numerous people over a long period of time are the ones who claim that "the banks are safe"
From the very first moment I decided to become involved with this opportunity, I understood that it didn't make any sense to put good money after bad (the current system is a rotten stinking mess - full of fraud, to the core) or risk dragging the demise out any longer with a fresh infusion AFTER everyone has actively taken broad measures to remove all liquidity and starve the psychopaths out. In case you haven't been paying attention, do a search during the last year of "billionaires losing money" and you'll see.
After all, we are involved in the "Greatest Transfer of Wealth, in The History of The World" - although many dinarians suffer from some kind of "exceptionalism" and think that statement relates to them and this investment. This is a global Event. And, being part of this investment is a gift and may simply make you one of the "early ones" to receive prosperity - there will be plenty of that for ALL of mankind as the artificial constraints of deliberately created "LACK" and "FEAR" go into the dustbin of our collective history as a result of this Paradigm Shift well underway.

This COULD BE a TEMPORARY lifeline in a constantly desperate attempt to try to hold on to the BIGGEST PONZI SCHEME in the history of the world...
I am not saying that I'm not going to exchange what I need to solve my IMMEDIATE CASH FLOW "problems" - but beyond that, and my ability to quickly CONVERT what I've exchanged into REAL ASSETS...more digits on a screen/deposit slip are not going to make me any happier....knowing what I know. "Contract rates" - yes, well what good are they (IF they truly exist at all) if they are all swept up in subsequent BAIL-INS. Chinese elders, perhaps - who are benevolent entities interested in ALL of Humanity. Not just a handful of dinarians. There to provide PROSPERITY for the World, and an end to SLAVERY - I can agree with that.

Crude Oil Tankers Bound For China Surge Amid Stockpiling Signals
China, the world’s second-biggest crude consumer, may be poised for another increase in imports after the number of supertankers bound for the Asian country’s ports rose to a 16-month high amid signs it’s stockpiling.
There were 83 headed to China, the most since December 2014, according to a ship-tracking snapshot compiled by Bloomberg on Friday. Assuming standard cargo sizes, they would be able to deliver about 166 million barrels.
China is hoarding crude at the fastest pace in at least a decade, filling inventories at a time when oil futures remain about 60 percent below where they were just two years ago. The nation added 787,000 barrels a day to stockpiles in the first quarter, the most for the period since at least 2004 when Bloomberg started calculations based on customs data. Its imports climbed in March from countries including Iran, Venezuela and Brazil. Read More At:
